David Boldt – Redondo Beach

 

If I could give 10 stars for this review I would!! My wife and I recently bought a house in Redondo Beach and Nicole Pletkovich of the Inman Team was our agent… she was AMAZING!!! Right from the beginning I was impressed with her professional demeanor and her knowledge of real estate in general. She was familiar with the area where my wife and I were looking into and she helped us make wise choices on the exact neighborhood we wanted to be in based on schools, reputation, etc. She emailed us almost daily with new listings that she thought matched what we were looking for.

 

As we looked, our ideas about what we wanted slightly changed, but Nicole was flexible and accommodating and she quickly changed with us and led us patiently in each new direction. Buying a new home is stressful, and right from the start Nicole made us feel at ease with her calm and friendly manner and her reassuring encouragement. Many of the houses we liked initially were just a little too far out of our budget, and the others were just not quite right for what we wanted. There was a point where we thought we might never find our perfect house, but Nicole stayed on top of things and got us back on track in no time. She met with us to show us houses at all hours of the day, which was difficult with my busy work schedule. There was a few times where we asked her to go back to the house for a second look, and on one house, a third look! I thought she might get annoyed with us, but nope, instead she said “Sure no problem!” and met us at the house to tour it yet again. She helped get us in touch with real estate agents and developers and worked with us tirelessly until she found us the perfect house! Once we had found our house Nicole didn’t stop there.

 

It was our first time buying a house together and she helped my wife and I through the process step by step (which is pretty stressful and scary the first time you do it!), making sure we understood everything and had all our questions answered. She was always reachable by phone and email and always had a smile on her face when we saw her. The whole experience was amazing because of her, and I would not hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. Whether it’s your first time or you’re a veteran at the process, Nicole will make your experience smooth, rewarding, and memorable! Thank you Nicole!
