If the Inman Team asked me to write an Advertisement on their behalf, it would read something like this:
“To sell or buy in Rolling Hills, call beyond the call of duty team, The Inman Team”. Yes, the Inman Team has established a great reputation of excellence in the Rolling Hills area through word of mouth and their bimonthly newsletters, this fact my wife and l discovered several years ago. We then decided that whenever we want to sell our home it’s the Inman Team we will call.
That call happened five years later (November 2014) when l retired and we decided to put the house on the market. We called the Inman Team, they came over to the house right away for evaluation and brain storming. To make the story short, two to three weeks later the house was in escrow after it sold for full price. This was beyond our dreams and immediately we had to look for a new home. It’s no surprise that the Team also found us our new dream home and proposed to close escrows concurrently. Yes, it worked out flawlessly.
Keith Kelley was instrumental in details of closing two escrows simultaneously and with other aspects of inspection, repairs, renovation, etc. A gentleman by nature and very professional at what he does. We do not think we will ever move again but as the saying goes, “Never say never”, if we ever move again we are calling 310 519 1080 (The Inman Team).
